A-100 bus board

A-100 bus board

2013-07-29 by Zoë Blade

Hi!

I managed to buy an old G3 case that's a bit of a fixer-upper... (It looks and smells like it might have been sitting in a shed for a good few years...)

Our plan (my more-electronics-inclined partner is helping me out here) is to clean the actual metal case, and hopefully replace the bus board, then hook it up to my healthier G6's power supply instead of using the G3's older-and-a-bit-too-exposed one.

So I was wondering if it's possible to buy just a bus board on its own, without anything else? I don't need a whole DIY kit or anything.

Any advice or suggestions are appreciated. :)

Thanks,
Zoë.

Not a problem. It took me a long while to realise, I ended up buying 2 DIY psu kits when I was building my original case and not using one of the psus. I guess the extra rails were useful though. Good luck
