and now for something completely different...

ok, enough about panel colors...
it's been far too long since anyone has posted a simple "hey check out this track i made with Doepfer stuff" message, so...
hey, check out this track i made with Doepfer stuff!
something i did a few days ago, a throwaway quickie demo recording of a much longer piece i've been working on to show another musician friend, so i might as well share it here too. an embarrassingly self-indulgent mess of nonsense; kind of Bizarro-universe Berlin School/Acid mashup somethingorother.
lots of Doepfer gear, lots of non-Doepfer gear. specific questions about equipment, modules, etc cheerfully and enthusiatically over-answered in painfully excruciating detail, on- or off-list as preferred.
note that this was recorded direct to stereo with no edits or overdubs at all - everything is happening "live", so there are at least a couple huge flubs i'm going to have to work out by the time i finally record the "proper" version... whenever that finally happens...
and so, for your listening... uh, i guess "pleasure"?... i present:
electroretroperistalsis
(with thanks to Andy Jenkinson for inspiring the title)
enjoy!
:-)

hehe, thanks!
y'know how it is with us tempermental creative types, we always gets hyper-critical of our own work; every little undetectable flaw seems magnified exponentially... ;-)

In the angled-bracket-link there is a wrong blank before the second
round bracket. Try:

http://ienni.net/soundshite/electroretroperistalsis%28demo%29.mp3

And a recommendation to christian: Never use special characters in
filenames, never use blanks in filenames.

hi again! :-)
just for dept. of redundancy dept. to let everyone know - i have removed the mp3 file from my own domain and posted it on soundcloud instead: https://soundcloud.com/chris-ienni/tracks
(so if you try the old link below you *will* get a 404 error; and again my thanks to Florian for pointing out the syntax error in the original link)
that just makes it easier for everyone all around.
once again, enjoy!
