I'm sorry - that's not posssible. The A-149-2 is nothing but an eightfold 12V level shifter with LED displays. The 8 controlling signals for the level shifters are generated by the processor on the main module A-149-1. Best wishes Dieter Doepfer

Looks like its just got level shifters/buffers for the digital outs, you'd need a lot more than noise for it to work.
Indeed with feeding a clock and random/noise into the header.
