Very cool Doepfer layout program!

Below you'll find a link to a site where you can download a Doepfer 
layout program for free (also MOTM,Blacet,AS,Synth.com and Modcan)

This is an invaluable tool for planning your system. Thanks to John

When I try to install it, I get a message saying "This installation 
package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to 
verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

I re-installed the version of Windows Installer on their site, and 
rebooted, but still got exactly the same message.

What am I doing wrong?
