Doepfer

i hace a modest 48 module doepfer system with 5 modules from other makers ( 
motm 410 filter, encore electronics u.e.g. ( a fantastic module !!!!! a "must 
have", IMHO ), analog systems comb filter, analog solutions 8x1 sequencer ( 
to augment my a155 ) and a blacet/wiard mini-wave ( also fantastic and a 
"must have", IMHO ).  3 doepfer 6u frames and a crude homebrew mount for for 
the first 2 and last of the "other" modules. after i fill about 36 hp space, 
i`ll be looking at having to get another 6u frame, too !  if i`m able to meet 
my plans for getting modules this year, i`ll probably be able to forestall 
that addition until 2003 barely. still, i like the doepfer frames, solidly 
built and a convenient size for me, so i haven`t looked at using a totally 
homebrew case even though i`m sure i have the extra power supply capacity for 
more modules than are in my existing frames, even when totally filled.
