Power Supply Conversion

Power Supply Conversion

2003-08-04 by klamb000

Apparently (after talking to Doug at Sonic Highway) there is a fairly
easy way to convert the power supply to 115V... mostly.

First you have to remove the power supply, and then look at the
underside. You should see on the right side (right under the
transformer) 2 sets of 2 square PCB traces. As I understand it, and
you really should contact Doepfer to check me on this one, all one
has to do is desolder the trace joining the 115V squares, and then
join the squares on the 240V side.

Again, you should drop an email to Doepfer and double check me on
this one BEFORE undertaking any work.

Regards,
Kevin

Kevin,

I send Doug at Sonichighway an email also. He told me how to do it.
He also said if I did not want to do it I could send him the power
supplies and he would do it for a small fee.

Thanks,
