When you say 'variable leve' do you mean 'different volume than just the
standard 5vp-p'?  I'm not sure if that meshes with 'frequency of the
waveform could be influenced on the output'?

Run 'em into a mixer and attenuate them.  You can never have enough mixers!

It would be very simple however to make an 'Osc Aid' like the one on the
synthesizer.com modular that basically taps into each output and supplies a
voltage divider pot and additional output for each, sending a portion of the
signal to ground, thus attenuating (variable leveling) each individual
output.  Ever do any DIY?  That's an easy one.
