When you say 'variable leve' do you mean 'different volume than just the standard 5vp-p'? I'm not sure if that meshes with 'frequency of the waveform could be influenced on the output'? Run 'em into a mixer and attenuate them. You can never have enough mixers! :-) It would be very simple however to make an 'Osc Aid' like the one on the synthesizer.com modular that basically taps into each output and supplies a voltage divider pot and additional output for each, sending a portion of the signal to ground, thus attenuating (variable leveling) each individual output.
