HI LIST and cuari,
i can't beleive that you want to sell the a112!!!!,i think that you
haven't exlore it as you should,as this module has a huge creative
potential!!!!first of all,the lo-fi 8bit quality sounds great!!but
most important:have you tried the wiard WAVE 256 software(free!!)??
with this program in combination with the DOEPFER a112 wave dumper
and the wiard MOVE 256 software(free,also...)you can do amazing
things!!!just sample a boring sound(for example your voice,just
kidding,o.k.??...)and by using these editors, you can tranform it in a
wavetable of 256 waves.these waves can be "remixed" in any place you
want inside the wavetable by using the MOVE256 program, and by using
the WAVE256 program, you can draw or synthesize(with additive
synthesis)or even morph a wave to another or a bank of 16 waves to
another bank!!!i have created very interesting wavetables with this
software from a dull,boring sound(my voice...)and i don't even have
received my two a112!!!!(in a few days,i hope...)can't wait to
transfer these wavetables to my new a112's!!!then i will create many
surreal soundscapes... and you're telling me that you want to sell
the a112...i can't believe it!!!!i think you should think twice!!!
that's my opinion,of course...

---Yep. Gotta sell it. I need to decrease the mass of my current
studio. I'm only keeping non-digital, non-VA systems. I will retain a
20-vco, 7-voice polyphonic Doepfer monster, with 13 filters, but, to
be honest, the wavetable oscillator never really inspired me. You
see, I already own a Waldorf XT, and digital sampling just doesn't
cut it for me. Wanna know something? I've only played with the 112
ONCE.... yawn.... Don't want it. BUT HEY, GUYS, IT'S A REALLY COOL
MODULE (of course I'm being sarcastic)! I'm sure there's someone in
USA who'd be willing to buy it. BTW, I also have a frequency shifter,
a frequency divider (the new A-163, no less!) and a Theremin
controller for sale. My email address is jesusd@sbcglobal.net

thanx
cuari

Hi Cuari

I am interested in the A-112 and the Theremin controller. If you don't want
to sell it to Europe, we could do it via german friends in Longbeach, CA,
who cross the atlantic each month.
