You tell them, Olaf!! That'll teach 'em not to mix their Netziens
with their trolls..... (HU?).

I do not want to change this into a soc.culture.nordic or alt.asatru but .....

As an avid collector of Nordic mythology I find this to be rather
inaccurate definition... bollocks in fact, and would indeed be very
interested in meeting a mountain dwelling Danish Troll for instance,
given that the place is completely flat.....

And trolls are not always ugly (esp. in Ice. myths)

What draws together the (very different) versions of trolls across the
Nordic countries is the behaviour .... they are overly aggressive and
driven by their own feelings and desires, self centred and take no
notice of the needs or wishes of those around them, including their own
families (in most cases) ...

I find the naming of annoying Netziens as trolls to be entirely appropriate.

hi olafur, it's just the actual word for word transcription i got
from the Collins English dictionary. i guess florian took a little
offence to my brute force tactics concerning the state of the
schaltwerk is in and the fact i did not sign off properly to his own
liking.the other members who partcipated and offered their opinions
and points of view did not seem to mind.after all of the people being
ignored by doepfer on its own site for the past 2 or more years. i
felt it was my right and duty to bring up the subject on this board,
and seeing as Doepfer has more presence than on its forum and also
because they do control A100 systems. so to act like a child at
playschool and spew one sentence invectives was his doing not mine.
peace and keep together,
RM
