The  first replacement was because I too (dave) melted my  
PSU.

psu2 has been ordered so now i wait for it to arrive.
these installation notes should be quite handy, too !
one minor observation - while i haven`t noticed any hum problems with  the 
old supplies in my other 3 g6 frames, this frame, while also not  exhibiting a 
hum that i ever noticed,  *has been*  the only g6 frame i  have that has blown 
fuses, approx. 3 in the 5 years since i bought it. never had  a problem with 
any of the others.
this frame isn`t full either (altho i hope it will be soon !   :^)  ) so i 
don`t think current overload killed it plus it has previously  run for periods 
of over a week 24x7 without any problems.
