bakis,
sure  but the touch keyboard doesn`t need the sequencer functions to be good. 
a carefully elaborated manual control device only would still be successful 
as it approaches  control voltage generation from a different perspective 
than an interactive sequencer version does. if nothing else, there`s a place 
for both style devices - in fact, a considerable part of the circuitry would 
overlap simplifying design issues. just my own humble opinion...........
