Lots of good advice, I Think the PSU is basically OK, it IS powering 
the synth right now... but it is a mess!!! Take a look at the photos I 
uploaded (taken with VERY bad phone camera... sorry)

and you will see what I mean. My intention is to use MOST of it, but 
not all, have new panels made, and fit it into a 19", along with my 
other modular stuff, (Blacet Wiard etc)HURRAH! Hence why I originally 
didnt want a new PSU, but now Im OK iwth that.. tis the simplest 
solution!
