If the LEDs are flashing, at least the triangle section of the
LFOs are working.  The only thing between these and the jacks
are a 1K resistor and some wire.  I can imagine one wire falling
off one LFO, but if all three LFOs are giving no output this is
more serious.  

Two possibilities occur to me:

1. Was the cord you used OK?

2. 0v reference/ground.  If the 0v wire to the front
panel jacks has fallen off and the Blacet power supply 
is floating (eg no earth reference on the 0v), then 
there's no return path for the LFO signal.


BTW, there's a Formant LFO with banana sockets for sale 
on the VEMIA auction at the moment if anyone is interested,
and some other stuff too...
