Elektor Formant Modular

Guys,

My synth bug has bitten again and I'm looking to fix my 12db filter and build the Moog ladder filter, all my circuits were from the newest book MSS 2000,

I have lost my book or misplaced it, is there any chance someone would be kind enough to scan in the PCB layout and schematics with parts list for the Moog filter, and also the schematic and parts list for the 12 db filter.

I hate to ask but I am struggling to buy a replacment book and really want to sort out my filter section of this synth.
