More to do with the ability to store patches within the formant itself. Midi will be the starting point. Once I've done that I'll start upgrading the synth to send message for each setting on the module which should then be able to be set again using internal memory. Just really bringing the synth up to date. --- In ElektorFormant@yahoogroups.com, Sjoerd Helming <deepbasemine@y...> wrote: > Hi Kris, > > That sounds like an interesting idea. However, what is there for work for you? I own a Formant, I have a Kenton PRO-2000 and I have a computer which sends MIDI. To me that sounds like a digitally controlled analogue synth. And there are a lot of MIDI upgrades available for all kinds of synths.Or do you mean something different? > > Nevertheless, a very interesting project. > > Best regards, Stuart > > Kris Bishop <bishopkris40@h...> wrote: > > Hi sorry, > > I just found the articles.
