Elektor Formant Modular

Oh and while Im here... incase I have blown my ADSR, can somone tell me 
what the IC's are?

In the manual its says uA 741C, MC1741 CP(MINI DIP)

this means nothing to me... is it a regular and famous 741?

Yes its the cheapest and most common grade of 741

fact it's the most common operational amplifier that you can find.
