Rumors from the Past?

Rumors from the Past?

2009-10-21 by galaxiesmerge

Hi,

I had heard rumors of a 32 Meg memory upgrade possibility for the EIII some time ago. Was there or is there any truth to that? I had wondered since the EIII file system was designed from 8Meg chunks (but I could see the possibility of loading 4 chunks to make a 32Meg load into RAM). However, I assume that it would require an upgrade to the operating system as well.

Does anyone know if the source codes to the operating system are in fact available?

Thanks!

Yeah - I have one but there's no analog filters :(

Analog, to my ears, sounds way better when processing digital ...

But thank you for the info :)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
