Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Hi!

I've had my VFX-SD for over 10 years now. I am having trouble getting 
the MIDI out to work. I have a $200 Yamaha keyboard that I can plug 
into my external sound card (a Tascam US-224) and it works without 
any setup.

I have tried setting up the Ensoniq to do the same, but I can't get 
it to work.

Does anyone have a simple step-by-step process to getting it to work 
this way? I am using FL Studio (Fruity Loops) and I want the Ensoniq 
to simply play a software synth on the computer.
