Program Sequence Changes w/ Midi Foot Controller

I'm looking to step through sequences on my SD-1 with a foot 
controller. Reading through the manual I understand this is possible 
through midi. Can anyone recommend a foot controller and/or some 
heplful info on setting something like this up?
