Unlikely.  Ensoniq sold the rights to the manuals to other companies
whose livelyhood is based on supporting old synths.  No official
source has offered .pdf files.  So any .pdf files would probably be
copyright infringements.  

This has stired up a lot of flames in the past on this mailing list,
so hopefully anyone who might have a .pdf to offer privately would
send you PRIVATE email after seeing your question on the list, to keep
the flames away.  (*I* do not have any such thing.)

Syntaur and Route 66 Studios are both said to have them.  I have not
purchased from either of these companies.  I believe the original VFX
had 21, not 22, voices.
