Michael, I do not really use samples in the music we play, so I would probably not be a good resource for info on that subject. I know that the Akai MPC series units are very good though and work well for stuff like that. Heck, just about everything from Akai is great for sampling and they are getting so good in price. I also know of the older E-Mu E-IV units being very good. Of course, we would all like to stay with our Ensoniq brand, so you could also possibly check out a fully loaded ASR-10 unit. You could even fine and EPS-16Plus on ebay and get the SCSI option for it and run SCSI, which loads considerably faster than the old floppy drive loading. Definitely worth checking all of that out. Good deal on the artwork too. I will be looking at your website. I was thinking of putting another album out this year (would make #12) for me......
