Simon,

have you finally come to  conclusion?
Looking around a bit Soundquests Midi Quest seems more or less the only 
option. I wouldn't consider Sounddiver since this software will not be 
further developed after Apple has acquired Emagic and there's abolutely 
no support any more...

Is anyone using Midi Quest or something else?
