Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

also, there was an upgrade path for VFX-SD owners to upgrade to
SD-1/32 voice [price was $595 circa 1989], but supplies were limited.
For awhile, Syntaur Productions [Sam Mims] was carrying the upgrade
kits when Ensoniq stopped VFX support, as well as Wine Country [whose
other specialty was Sequential Circuits Products], but sadly supplies
eventually sold out and now we're left with scavenging non-working
keyboards to keep some of these dinosaurs alive. Perhaps the guys @
route66 can duplicate/replicate the mod [wishful thinking].....
