Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Hello Ron,

I am going to be sending your money order friday and I was wondering if you 
could email me your mailing address just so I am 100% correct on it. It's 
just kind of a safety net for me so I don't screw up. I am thinking about 
sending it next day if it is possible. I don't know if all of the air mail 
is back up and running yet or not.
