(Geren W. Geren W. Mortensen, Jr. Columbia, Maryland, USA >> Hey all I found my VFXSD still in the box sitting in a back room of a music store in Mexico. The story goes that the first and only customer purchased the unit and then had the coil board problem (that we all have heard about or dealt with) and promptly returned the board for a full refund. The store (which had changed hands several times) had sent the unit back to Ensoniq for the repairs and when the unit was finally returned believe it or not it was never put back on the sales floor. I came accrosed the store going out of business and in the back room was a gem, I think I paid $400 for the unit but it didn't have the VFXSDll MB board installed, those are vary hard to find.
