Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Well, it arrived today.  To say that it is in perfect condition would be a
little less than accurate.  I'd say it was in very good shape.  There are a
few bumps and scratches here and there, and it needs a good bath.  The OS
needed loading, so I made an OS 2.1 disk with EDE.  Loaded right up.
Everything seems to function correctly, though, and it sounds as good as I
remember.
