Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Just FYI, I think the later erratta / update pages for the vanilla
VFX, and the matching firmware they came with, updated the MIDI status
so it does all four BOTH/LOCAL/MIDI/EXT options, to match the VFX-SD.

I didn't look, I have no idea if it's included in that manual pdf.

In fact as I recall, a bunch of MIDI sys-ex, etc, changed to match the
VFX-SD, so if you don't have those extra sheets, the VFX-SD manual may
be needed if you want to get the correct raw details on VFX sys-ex
midi messages.

I have one each VFX and VFX-SD; I keep the VFX at church and the -SD
at home.  At one point I was pretty much aware of the differences, but
now I pretty much just know the subset that I use that works the same
on both.  :-)
