Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

can anyone tell me how to  unzip .sys files and put them onto floppy 
to load into my vfx sd.I have seen lots of sounds on the web ,they 
all seem to be ether .sys or .syx files and i don't know how to get 
them onto disk to load onto my synth.also does anyone have sounds 
allready on floppy disk i could copy
