Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

It could be the disk is damaged. Did you follow this procedure? 

1. Put the disk in the drive. 
2. Press the storage button.
3. Press "DISK"
4. Press "LOAD"
5. Use the up and down arrow keys until the unit displays "FILE=VERSION--2.10" and     underneath that, "SEQUENCER-0x" (x could be a different number)
6. Press *YES*
7. Tell us what happens then.

      I have two Vfx-sd one recently purchased. I thought that would be cheaper than repairing my old one but they are both in need of repair. it seems the newly purchased one came without the sequencer loaded and the factory disc that came with it is Os version 2.10 when I checked  the software version on the keyboard it says 2.1 and I don't know how to load the factory disc that came with it it says it's incompatible. how can I load this disc and where can I send my older one for repair.
