The fix is soldering the keyboard connectors at the split.
The quick fix at gigs if you have an error is to place both hands on the
center keys of the keyboard and press till you hear a creak that usually
fixes the keyboard error without rattling other things.

Hi Folks,
This has probably been addressed before...
I was playing the other night and got the dreaded Keyboard Error message a
few times in a row after it recal'd. Being out on a gig I couldn't open the
keyboard and spray the connectors so I turned the SD-1 off and shook it a
few times. I then rebooted and the errors went away, unfortunately so did
some of the internal sounds. For instance: INT4 is now GREASE-PLUS
CRYSTALLY ' ' ' ' and INT5 is now MOOG-MUTE @@@@@@... anyway you get the
idea. Any thoughts on fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
