Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Why do you want to reach them?

I bought a replacement floppy for a synth from them, it didn't work and they refused to give me my money back, even after I sent it back to them. Then finally someone on ebay in Australia was selling one a little cheaper, bought it and it works great. They have very, very lousy customer service.
