Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

There is an LFO button with 2 or 3 sub-pages if I
recall that parameters tremolo.

I used to play my VFX-SD as my master keyboard for
years until I tried to fix the calibration-bug myself.
Since then, the beast is in a deep coma. But it will
go back to hospital (I mean pro technicians !) soon !
