Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

EDE makes a VFX-SD from an existing EDE-fileimage.
I guess the point is : 
   to create fileimages from existing floppies, 
   to create fileimages from SysEx files, 
   to create SysEx files from diskimages
   to have the program to run under current OS...
