Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

My best guess: send the .EDE file to some VFX-SD
fellow that has the same OS configuration and work
things out between the 2 of you.

As for the EDE clone, I'll soon post a quick-and-dirty
"how I made my EDE-like diskimages". Stay tuned !
