There are files etc you can download then convert to vfx speak via, I believe, "Geibler disk extractor" I did this a while ago and was able to get os and sequencer working without too much pain. The geibler documentation isn't so great...after a 2nd download and running from WITHIN windows (using dos prompt program) it worked perfectly.
