Ellen, use a Hosa YPP-117. This will let you plug in the two footswitches. Even Guitar Center has these in stock, sometimes. Go to the link below and scroll down to the pic of YPP-117. http://www.hosatech.com/y_cables_index.html I've used this feature since Day 1.
