Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Sorry about the confusion but I understand everything that has been 
written at this point, my question really should be, I have no 
presets in rom memory, never did, how can I get them there or are 
they put there in the factory.

So if you press PRESET, then double-click CART (rather quickly, so the
cart light starts flashing), the lower line of the display doesn't say
"PRESETS   ROM  BANK-A" (or bank B)?  If you follow that, you should
get some different presets when you press the numbered buttons.
