Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Wondered if you remember any of the guitar patches, and does the 
timbre control have to be programed into the sound when you create 
it. I've had my VFX since 1990 and never used this feature. Are 
their any other factory sounds set up to use this feature. That was 
a good question on this forum and I looked at my VFX and realized it 
was the only button I never used on this synth.

Yes, we are dusting off and old subject here aren't we? Seems to me 
there used to be descriptions of patches when you got patches in the 
old days. Maybe they talked about which patches were big on Timbre. I 
do know that, yes, you have to patch it in as part of a sound. I am 
not sure if it is a controller in the effects section.
