Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

I just pulled my VFX-SD out of the closest where it has been hiding
out for the last few years.  The VFX-SD has held up much better than
my brain cells.  Specifically, I have forgotten the key sequence that
will clear the sequence banks so that I can load new sequences from
disk.  I remember that it involved holding down one button while
pressing a second button, but I can't remember which buttons to press.

Can someone remind me of the buttons to press?

Hello, Jim:

To erase all the songs and sequences from the VFX-SD you should push and
hold "PRESET" button, and then push the upper center button on the display.

Remember that there will be always one song and one sequence left, but they
are empty. After you create a new one (song / seq), you can erase that empty
ones, or simply copy them to another non-used position (bank 10, for
instance) to remove them from the first bank.
