Thank you for that carbon111.  I have frequented your site before for Waldorf XT info and have always put the undervalued VFX in my category of "keep forever" synths (along with the XT and at least about 20 others I have).  It has been almost 2 years since I have done any new sound programming with the VFX but it has been great for me to use to create evolving ambient pads utilizing the delay, ADSR and voice stacking features and it responds great to performance nuances/expressions with the polyAT.  The polyAT of the VFX motivated me to buy an older Roland A-50 polyAT controller (which unfortunately will need to be taken apart to get all the keys to polyAT as opposed to my VFX which just plain works all the time).

Someday, I might have enough time to contribute some to reviving interest in the VFX (and it's later cousins) but with my regular work, that will have to wait until next year....

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
