Poly aftertouch configuration and questions

I bought my vfx-sd years ago (great keyboard and working perfectly) I receive it with manual in german and for me its useless... How can I configure it to send Polyphonic Aftertouch to my vst plugins? How can I know if it works ok? (thru any vst or midi tool for example) Thanks in advance Alvaro
