Hi all,

I uploaded the O.S. v1.37 and KPC v2.20  for VFX-SD. 

the O.S. ROMS are 27C512 and the KPC is 27C256 EPROMS.

Binary Files Images


I'm looking for the last version for this Synthesizer. If anyone can
upload them let me know.

I have put copies of the one in my workshop at the moment on my
downloads (www.paintingwithsund.co.nz) page for you. v2.00 & v2.33
(KPC). Be in as I may have to pull the plug soon as I am not getting
much support.

Hi!

I always wanted to buy an EPROM burner for the PC. Any suggestions?
Then I could upload the 2.33 KPC image, and 3.00 OS ROM :)

Guys we can not post any Rom images to the group as there are several 
companys that still support these unit's and are lic to sell the 
Firmware.

I can remember a time when you could go to your ENSONIQ supplier and get a firmware upgrade, new EEPROMS against the old ones, for free!
But ENSONIQ's gone and Emu doesn't care...

Ah- E-Mu sold the licensing rights. Therefore, they have nothing to
say in the matter.
Richard's right on target about the legality of posting ROM images. Ask your friendly
lawyer dealing in copyright/intellectual property law...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
