Problems using VFXlib

Hi, Finally got a M-adio UNO midi device and hooked it up to my XP machine and my SD-1 and tried getting it to work but it doesn't seem to effect the SD-1 in anyway.. Anyone have any luck getting the VLXLib software to work?
