does route 66 repair vfx-sd synths? or is there somewhere reputable that I can send my Vfx-sd(s) to be repaired? I have tried to use the tips I have gotten from the group and I am not sure if I can apply them. I don't want to mess up my synths. does anyone have a solution for a non-techie like me?

No sorry, our top tech took a job with IBM so we stopped doing repairs about 4 years back. Try http://www.thesoniq.com/ but dont expect him to tell you how to fix it, he will want you to ship it to him for the repairs.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
