tips and tricks section?

anyone think it would be a good idea to have a tips and tricks section for this group? I have many questions to ask about my vfx and would also be happy to share any of my own findings, thoughts? One question I have is, what do the values of the flanger/chorus rates represent in hertz? Are they the same as the lfo conversion table in the manual? Thanks...
