Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

DO NOT CUT THE BUSHINGS SHORTER. Cut the TOP projection from side to side about 1/2 way from front to back., then cut off the rear-most half. Do not cut into or through the "hole" where the bushing goes onto the keyframe.

FIRST ****** check to see if the Keyboard Touch is set correctly:

The TOUCH parameter has 16 settings: The 'words' SOFT, MED, FIRM, and HARD referr to the VELOCITY response. Each of these four settings has four variations indicated by the number following,. ie: FIRM3, SOFT1 etc.
The NUMBER indicated the aftertouch response 1=easy. 4=hard.

Try MED1 and see if that helps. On the SD-1 I was telling about, even this did not help.
