If the PCB does look curved down away from the buttons, the only two solutions that come to mind would either be to put a small wooden block cut to size beneath it to push it back up into place, or to remove the PCB, press it down on a flat surface (piece of scrap pine since all the solder traces would scratch anything all to hell) and gently and evenly apply hot air from a hair drier until the PCB is no longer warped. Or you could attach extensions (bits of dowel or cardboard?) to the bottoms of the buttons to extend their reach to the switches once again. There are actually lots of solutions, and probably more than I can imagine in a minute.

So I opened it up and found the PC board below those buttons is stretched/warped(?) and the buttons when pushed don't make enough contact. If I hold the board up just a tiny bit and keep it from flexing they all work fine. I tried shoring that area up with some black electrical tape, but it didn't last long and stretched out again. I'm not pushing the buttons hard, but it appears it's previous owner did. Help?
