I agree with Sava66. There is an SQ group. I belong to it as well. There should be manuals in the files section. The SQ-r has a full MIDI spec (at least as of 1990-1993 when they were produced). Thanks guys, i got the email with the PDF's thanks. I had the user manual already, actually a few versions.
Not much detailed info with regards to whats been implemented other than what i mentioned in the specs (71,72 + channel volume, mod etc) But i guess that is what's been implemented...
Sure ive seen a software editor so that must been changing parameters with sysex maybe.
l'll go and find the SQR group, don't know why i didn't think to look, unless i have joined and forgot about it...!!!
Maybe its a bit early product for more realtime midi controller destinations, kind of used to more modern synths where this is normal. Well unless im talking about the RT Spectralis which only gives you 2 controllers.... That box is another story...
