I reckon for aluminum the US screws would be better anyway, 'cause they have a coarser thread, and a sharper angle while metric screws have a 90 degree angle i think. Not ideal for soft aluminum (but does work), i guess they are optimized for same material nut/screw max. pullout strength. ST
