My experiments have shown that you can make traces down to 6.66 mil reliably with inkjet paper, but 3.33mil and smaller won't come out right due to underetching. I don't think this is a resist question, i suspect it can only be overcome with a better etching system, although the resist might also have to do with it. ST P.S.: Better get a old clothes iron, some acetone for yourself, and a stock of spare staedtler pens to surrender as long as you still can ;-)
